Our Chapter History
Our Santa Barbara Chapter of National Charity League, Inc., organized in 1962, functions through a set of Bylaws, Policies and Procedures.
An elected Board of Directors and appointed committee chairpersons handle philanthropic and social activities for Patronesses, plus Grade Level Advisors direct Ticktockers through a six year progression of opportunities in the areas of leadership development, cultural experiences and community service.
NCL Inc. History
The National Charity League (NCL) was founded in 1925 in Los Angeles, reorganized in 1946, and incorporated in 1958 with the power to establish chapters throughout the United States.
Our purpose, as stated in our Mission Statement, is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.
